No. A free mail-in method of entry is always available and carries exactly the same odds as any entry earned through a purchase. The mailing address, the format your entry has to take, and any limits are set out in the Official Rules.

Merchandise and collectible digital prints. That is the product. The entries are a bonus we attach to your order — they are not sold separately and they are not what you are buying.

Bonus entries are earned at a flat rate per dollar spent, applied consistently across every product in the shop, so a dollar spent on a tee earns the same as a dollar spent on a print pack. Your exact entry total is confirmed in your order email, and the rate is stated in the Official Rules.

Yes. There is no cap on how many entries an order can earn. Limits on the free mail-in method are set out in the Official Rules.

Legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of primary residence. Void where prohibited. Full eligibility conditions and exclusions are in the Official Rules.

An independent sweepstakes administration company. At the close of the entry window we hand over the complete entry database and they conduct the random drawing. We are not present for it and we do not influence it.

Three things you can check. The promotion is registered and bonded in the states that require it before entries open. The drawing is run by a named third-party administrator, not by us. And when a draw completes we publish the winner and the winning entry number on the Winners page, so anyone holding entries can check the result against their own.

The prize is awarded regardless. That is what the surety bond filed with the states is for — it covers the full retail value of the prize whether or not sales hit any particular number.

The administrator contacts the winner directly using the details attached to the winning entry. Keep your email address current, and be aware that we will never ask you to pay a fee to release a prize. Anyone who does is not us.

Yes. Prize taxes are the winner’s responsibility and we do not cover them. The cash component is intended to help, but it is not a tax payment and it does not necessarily cover the full liability. The administrator issues the appropriate tax form. Talk to your own tax adviser about your situation.

Whether a cash alternative is offered, and on what terms, is set out in the Official Rules for that specific giveaway. Do not assume one is available — check the rules for the build you have entered.

Immediately. They are emailed to the address on your order as soon as it completes. If they have not arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

Digital prints are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once sent. Physical merchandise is covered by our standard returns policy. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will sort it out.

Bonus entries earned on a refunded order are withdrawn, since the order that earned them no longer stands. The specifics are set out in the Official Rules.
